An app the crew will actually use

Big buttons, few taps, and nothing to figure out. If it takes a training class, nobody uses it — so TradesOps keeps the field side dead simple.

One-tap clock in/out

Start and stop your day in a single tap. Hours roll up into weekly timesheets automatically — no math, no forms.

Today's schedule & dispatch

See exactly where to be, what the job is, and who else is on the crew — pushed to your phone so you never call the office to ask.

Jobsite photos

Snap before, during, and after shots. They attach straight to the job so the office and the client can see the progress.

Daily logs

Note what got done, weather, and any hold-ups in a few taps while it's fresh — no end-of-day report to write up.

Equipment & checklists

Check out gear, run safety and quality checklists, and flag anything broken right from the field.

T&M and field tickets

Log extra work, materials, and hours as a time-and-materials ticket on the spot, so nothing billable gets forgotten.

Clock in from the jobsite

Clock in with one tap — hours track themselves

Pull into the site, tap Clock In, get to work. GPS confirms you're at the right job, so your hours are logged accurately without a paper timesheet or a call to the office. Timesheets add themselves up for the week.

  • GPS geofencing confirms you're on the right jobsite when you clock in — accurate hours, zero disputes.
  • Switch jobs during the day and your time splits to the right one automatically.
  • Weekly timesheets build themselves — no paper, no adding up hours on Friday.
  • Forgot to clock out? A reminder nudges you so your hours are always right.

Clock out

A day on the job

Everything the crew needs, when they need it — and the paperwork disappears.

7:00 AM

Check the plan

Open the app in the truck and see the day's jobs, crew, and site notes — before you even leave.

8:00 AM

Clock in on site

One tap when you arrive. GPS logs you to the right job and the clock starts.

1:00 PM

Log & photograph

Snap progress photos and drop a quick daily log while the work is fresh in your head.

4:30 PM

Clock out, done

Tap clock out and head home. No timesheet to fill in, no report to email the office.

Log it in seconds

Log the work without leaving the jobsite

Photos, daily logs, checklists, and field tickets — all done from your phone in a few taps while it's fresh, not scribbled on a napkin for the office to decode later.

Photos that file themselves

Every photo attaches to the right job and date automatically, building a record the office and client can trust.

Daily logs in a few taps

Capture progress, weather, delays, and headcount in seconds — a clean paper trail without the paper.

Checklists & sign-offs

Safety and quality checklists guide the crew and record who signed off, so standards are met and documented.

T&M field tickets

Log extra hours and materials as they happen. The office turns them into a billable line — nothing gets missed.

Equipment tracking

Check tools and machines in and out and flag anything that needs service, right from where you're standing.

Works with spotty signal

Log it now, even in a basement or a rural pour. It syncs the moment you get a bar of service back.

It makes your day easier

This is for the crew, not just the office.

The old way
  • Call the office in the morning to find out where the job is.
  • Scribble hours and materials on a notepad that gets lost or soaked.
  • Fill out timesheets and paperwork at the end of a long day.
  • Text photos to three different people and hope they land somewhere.
  • Get chased later for details nobody wrote down.
With TradesOps
  • Today's schedule and site details are already on your phone.
  • Clock in, log materials, and add a ticket in a few taps on site.
  • Timesheets build themselves — you clock out and go home.
  • Photos attach to the job automatically, in one place for everyone.
  • The record is done while you work, so nobody comes back asking.

Crew questions, answered

Do I need to be good with tech to use this?

No. If you can use a phone, you can use TradesOps. It is built for big buttons and a few taps — clock in, see the schedule, add a photo. There is nothing to figure out and no training class to sit through.

Is the boss tracking where I am all day?

No. GPS is only used to confirm you are on the right jobsite at clock in and clock out, so your hours are accurate. It is not live tracking, and it is off when you are not on the clock.

What if there's no signal on the jobsite?

You can still clock in, add photos, and write logs. Everything is saved on your phone and syncs automatically the moment you get service back, so nothing is lost in a basement or out in the field.

Do I have to install anything?

It runs right in your phone's browser, so there is nothing to download to get started. Your office just sends you a link and you are in.

How does this make my day easier?

It kills the end-of-day paperwork. Your hours add themselves up, your photos and logs file themselves, and you never have to call the office to ask what is next. Clock out and you are done.
